What Is the AFCS?

The America First Constitutional Standard is a published constitutional framework that scores news articles, legislation, executive orders, court opinions, and political speeches on a scale of 0 to 100.

Every score is explained. Every conclusion cites exact evidence from the source material. Every ruling follows a published set of 17 constitutional Articles, 175 legal definitions, and 35 rules of procedure.

The AFCS does not tell you what to think. It applies a transparent constitutional model and shows you exactly why a piece of content received its score. You read the evidence. You verify the reasoning. You decide.

This is not opinion. This is constitutional analysis.

How It Works

1

Content is submitted

A news article, bill, executive order, speech, or government communication enters the Court.

2

The Constitution is applied

The Court identifies relevant Articles, applies the Dictionary, evaluates evidence, checks precedent, and scores each constitutional dimension.

3

The Opinion is issued

A formal Constitutional Opinion is published — with the score, the evidence citations, the reasoning, and the verdict. Fully transparent. Fully auditable.
