A partisan opinion letter attacking the administration's immigration mass-detention policy: circuit judges approving denial of bond, detention deaths and inadequate medical care, "mega" detention centers, the ICE director's "Prime, but with human beings" remark, and a Nazi-camp (Ohrdruf) comparison. Scored on content, not team. Unlike the author's election-themed letters, this runs directly against the Standard's most central commitment — it opposes the immigration-enforcement/detention regime Article VI affirms (35), with the most inflammatory framing yet scored — placing it below those letters. Two things keep it out of the Establishment band: (1) a legitimate accountability concern the Standard's own text recognizes — detainees dying for lack of medical care, and detention without any bond process, implicate Article XVIII's requirement that law enforcement operate accountably under the rule of law (42); and (2) it is accurately sourced — the ruling, the ICE director's own words, and the DHS statement are quoted, not invented (Article XV, 40, one-sided with a concentration-camp analogy). No Automatic Fail: the open-borders trigger requires explicit advocacy (Rule 6); criticizing detention is not advocating unrestricted immigration.
