Where the domestic addresses recited achievements, this UN address articulates the doctrine — the America First thesis stated on the world stage — which is why it registers the highest Tier 1 of any speech scored this session. Its organizing principle is national sovereignty against globalism: America belongs to the American people; the entire globalist concept of asking industrialized nations to inflict pain on themselves must be rejected completely and totally; every sovereign nation must have the right to control their own borders. That thesis is almost by definition Article I (America Above Foreign Interests) and Article II (Sovereignty of the Citizen), and it is reinforced across a remarkable breadth of the Standard's commitments, each developed rather than gestured at: controlled borders (VI); energy independence and rejection of climate mandates — drill baby drill, withdrawal from the Paris accord (XIII); free speech — defend free speech and free expression, with foreign censorship named and criticized (VII); the faith of the founders — protect religious liberty, including the most persecuted religion, Christianity (XI); and a peace-framed Peace Through Strength — I have ended seven wars, plus the anti-proliferation aim on Iran (XVI, both clauses). On the Automatic-Fail axis the address runs the right way on all five: it opposes open borders, opposes new taxes, defends rather than censors speech, says nothing of firearms, and far from advocating foreign aid, attacks it — charging the U.N. is funding an assault on Western borders. What holds the result at the same 81 as the State of the Union, rather than higher, is Tier 2: a combative, hyperbolic address (the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world; your countries are going to hell) delivered as first-party advocacy, discounted accordingly. Tier 1 nets to 87; the result is 81 — America First.
It is the judgment of this Court that Opinion No. 2026-0704 is hereby entered into the record, in accordance with the America First Constitutional Standard. The score stands. The reasoning is published. The record is public.
