Holding

This is the original Iran strike address — the June 2025 announcement of Operation Midnight Hammer, the operation the February 2026 State of the Union (0700) would later credit with obliterating Iran's nuclear program. It belongs to the same intra-America-First fault line as the two 2026 Iran addresses (0698, 0699), and it scores at the top of that cluster for two reasons specific to its content. First, it is the most narrowly counter-proliferation of the strike addresses: massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities, enrichment completely and totally obliterated — a targeted blow to a weapons program, not the open-ended, regime-change-inviting campaign of the February 28 opening (take over your government) or the occupation announced in Venezuela (0701). Second, it offers an explicit peace off-ramp: there will be either peace, or there will be tragedy for Iran — force conditioned on de-escalation rather than force as prelude to toppling a government. That makes the Article XVI tension real but more bounded: the strong-military and anti-nuclear aims are fully served, and the non-interventionist strain — striking a foreign country and threatening escalation — is present but not compounded by occupation or regime change. The justification is also strongly America-protective: strikes framed as answering a regime that has been killing our people, with over 1,000 American dead invoked, engaging Article I's protective half directly. Tier 1 nets to 58; with a first-party wartime Tier 2 held down by unverifiable obliterated battlefield claims and a triumphal register, the result is 57 — Mixed, the high end of the Iran-strike cluster.
