Holding

Delivered the day after the Capitol riot, this measured video message is, in constitutional terms, the single most Article-XVII-aligned statement in the record — because it does the one thing the Permanence of the Constitutional Order most requires: it accepts the certified outcome and commits to the peaceful transfer of power. Congress has certified the results, a new administration will be inaugurated on January 20, and my focus now turns to ensuring a smooth, orderly, and seamless transition of power. It pairs that with an unqualified condemnation of the riot — outraged by the violence, lawlessness, and mayhem; the rioters have defiled the seat of American democracy; you do not represent our country — and with accountability under law: to those who broke the law, you will pay, in a nation of law and order. Three commitments are engaged and all affirmed: the constitutional order and its orderly succession (XVII), law and order in its accountable form (XVIII), and the honoring of the citizens certified electoral verdict (II). The register is the most measured and formal of the post-riot statements — no self-exculpatory qualifier, no change of subject — lifting Tier 2. Same author who in September 2025 proposed turning the military on American cities (0703, 46) here accepts a certified election he lost and commits to the peaceful transfer — scored 84 vs 46 because the Standard scores the content's fidelity to the constitutional order, not the speaker. Tier 1 nets to 86; the result is 84 — America First, tied at the top of the presidential record.
