This report of the ongoing Iran conflict scores at the top of the Iran-strike cluster, and higher than any standalone strike address, because its content presents the single most defensible use-of-force posture on the Standard's own terms: responsive force in defense of American troops, against purely military targets. The predicate is stated plainly — the strikes follow Iranian missile and drone attacks on a U.S. base in Jordan that killed two U.S. service members, with a third missing — and the targets are entirely military: CENTCOM reports hitting Iranian military coastal surveillance and air defense facilities, maritime capabilities, and missile and drone storage sites. That framing separates it from the addresses that pulled Article XVI into Mixed. Peace Through Strength's non-interventionist clause is a caution against wars of choice and foreign entanglement for its own sake; it is not a prohibition on defending American forces when they are attacked. Striking the military assets of an adversary that has just killed American service members is self-defense and force-protection, which the strong-military clause squarely endorses and the non-interventionist clause does not forbid — a materially better posture than the regime-change invitation of the February 28 opening (0699) or the occupation of Venezuela (0701). Article I is engaged on its protective side: the action defends and answers the killing of Americans. Tempering factors are real but secondary: the eighth straight night is a sustained campaign carrying some escalation/entanglement risk, and the battle-damage claims are CENTCOM's own. Tier 1 nets to 67; with a Tier 2 lifted by an official military source and factual reporting, the result is 66 — Mostly America First.
It is the judgment of this Court that Opinion No. 2026-0716 is hereby entered into the record, in accordance with the America First Constitutional Standard. The score stands. The reasoning is published. The record is public.
