It designates a USPS facility in Spring Lake, NJ as the "James J. Howard Post Office," honoring a long-serving NJ Democratic congressman and transportation-committee chairman. It implicates no question of sovereignty, borders, faith, free speech, money, energy, or federalism in any meaningful way.
