Holding
The Constitutional Court holds that the Department of Justice release of 25 million dollars in law-enforcement grants is America First. The action advances Article XVIII by funding de-escalation and crisis-response training, crime-fighting resources, and accreditation to strengthen lawful and accountable policing, Article II by prioritizing the safety of the citizenry, and Article XII by supporting state and territorial agencies through technical assistance rather than federal mandate. As an official communication, the 70/30 default weighting applies; no Automatic Fail is present.
It is the judgment of this Court that Opinion No. 2026-0988 is hereby entered into the record, in accordance with the America First Constitutional Standard. The score stands. The reasoning is published. The record is public.
