We collect email addresses from newsletter subscribers and account information from premium members (name, email, payment method via Stripe). We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.

Email addresses are used to send Constitutional Opinions via newsletter (opt-in). Account information is used to manage premium subscriptions and access. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit. Data is stored securely with row-level security enabled. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@americafirststandard.com.

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. Google Analytics collects anonymized data (IP address, page views, device type). You can opt out via Google's browser extension.

We use Stripe for payments, our managed backend for data storage, and Google Analytics for analytics. These services have their own privacy policies.
